Nice picture .Focus is a little off it could use a little sharpening and the crop is to tight ,try to use a higher shutter speed. Children rarely stay still overall a good picture you captured his expression which makes the picture. 27-May-2015

Thanks mike for your great review. Very much appreciate the critique. I always look for good detail too but try not to overdo so that it does not look artificial. I used a Nikon D3200 camera, a Nikon DX 55-200mm 1:4-5.6G ED lens and this time, which is rare, I did not use a tripod. I lay flat on the grass, used a book to keep the camera as steady as possible and this was the outcome. If you have any suggestions about a different lens or settings I sure would appreciate the imput. Pauline
