You are right, I would not mind to have eye lashes like this at all. What a beautiful portrait you have taken of this beautiful deer. I especially like the all neutral background, and how well the animal is standing out from it. I also like a lot the eye contact you have with him when the photo was taken.

Your photo is also nice and sharp showing really clear and well defined details in every part of the animal, and especially the eyes are captured well. It is nothing wrong with the exposure either.

The way you have cropped the photo is working really well, and the deer has got a perfect placement within the frame. Indeed a lovely and well taken photo, and with an excellent DOF. 09-Jun-2016

Looks like a painting almost.
The tree rally helps the layout in my opinion. This is the kind of place to wait out a rainstorm but it looks like it might leak. A bench would be good too if that brush wasn't in the way. I think this is a trail I'd like to walk. 08-Jun-2016

I kind of liked it. It has a French flair and my dad was Irish but raised in Quebec so we grew up in all cultures. Not sure why she's weeping but gotta love those blue, shaded eyes. I thought that was the outstanding thing in the work and drew my eye right away. 08-Jun-2016
