This is a black capped Chickadee. I was in my blind hoping to see a chickadee, Because of there black head and black eyes it is hard to see. I have shot a lot of them. This is the best so far.
These little birds are usually the first birds to find a new feeder. When you put fresh food out, they are usually the first in line. They are very quick, the fly in, grab a seed and fly off to eat it. It is a challenge to get in focus quick enough to get a shot.
