A while ago they had a contest on time. I was to late to enter it, but this is what I would have posted for the contest.

I'm trying to show the hoplessness of trying to catch up with time. Ir can outrun us any day of the week. The runner here though starting out fresh quicky fades into the background. No matter how fast you run you will always fade in the background...because time waits for no man or woman....and has the fleetest feet since time began.

To make this I used a distortion filter and wind filter on the clock. I also painted its legs and the blue ribbon for first place.

The girl was cut from another photo and I gave her three images, transparent steps to have her fade away.

Time has left her in its dust so to speak.
