They were in the kitchen, when the witch hunters came. The mother pushed the child out through the backdoor: ?RUN! Hide in the forest. RUN!? The child heard the front door bursting just a she got refuge in the brush. She run. When she reached the top of the hill she saw that the whole village burning. The child run, deeper and deeper into the thick underbrush. Night fell. She heard the blood hounds barking?. she run?. run? deeper and deeper into a forest she had never seen before.

The collage was created in four layers created from a portrait photo. Parts of the original photo were converted into negative. Distortion-, edge glow- and accentuation were used partly. Colors were changed. The layers were merged using partial transparency.
