Standing In A Snowstorm

It was a beautiful sunny day in Anchorage yesterday, so we decided to go for a drive to Portage, we ran into fog, and then a snowstorm as we got to Portage, just 60 miles south. This poor little broken tree caught my eye, this area was flooded with salt water in the 1964 devastating earthquake and killed the Trees as well as destroying the buildings in Portage, we call this the ghost forest. It was snowing heavily and windy , the temperature was about 30 degrees F.
