June 2018 Open Challenge Contest Entry
Was talking a photo shoot walk in my neighborhood last Monday 6/4/18, when I came upon this unfortunate creature lying on the sidewalk. Don't know how he/she came to be in this condition, but my mind raced to the thought that he/she would fly no more. No more soaring through the air, no more diving for meals, no more chirping to attract a mate. Peace.
