I think it's so hilarious that I would see a gull flying with a Tootsie Pop in his mouth after I just posted Mr. Owl and talked about the Tootsie Pop in my notes.

These little scavengers will eat just about anything. I also saw some gulls enjoying pizza, but it wasn't as funny as the Tootsie Pop!
