I was processing a photo of Lower Falls. When tweaking curves I used the "black" dropper for color correction and this was the result, the whole background disappeared. I lost the rest of the falls and the surrounding hills, trees, and rocks...not what I expected or intended. However, I am intrigued how the spray from the water fall which was well lighted in the original photo, back lit the crags and goofy growing evergreen. So I cropped it to take away most of the black negative space and I figured what the heck, I'll see how others like it.
