A Story To Tell - Photography (a) Contest Entry
Taken during June in Longyearbyen, Spitsbergen, Norway;
It is two people to a wagon and whilst one is driving the other can enjoy the rich countryside of the arctic in summer. You can expect to see abundant amounts of arctic plant life and birds and reindeer in their natural habitat. After the tour you will help the guide settle the dogs back into the yard; the dogs are Alaskan huskies who need to be cooled down very often, despite a temperature of around 5°C only!
