I mixed various acrylic colours with PVA glue and Owatrol pouring medium in separate pots and then poured circles of paint in three places on an 8" x 8" canvas board which I had coated with white paint. Next I placed a thin plastic sheet on top of the canvas and gently pushed the paint around. I carefully removed the plastic sheet and then used the balloon dip technique - placing a blown up balloon or rubber gloves - to touch the paint and manipulate it. I finished off by blowing through a straw and tweaking with a cocktail stick to make an impression of a variegated leaf.
