taken in Saint-Valery en Caux, a small city in Northern Normandy, France during last winter.
From the point where I was standing, there are 400 meters to the open sea and 150 meters behind; it is an estuary, no opening on the other side; (easy to check on a map);
with about 17-20 boats every 10 meters, one can estimate a total of around 1000!
I wonder how they are organised when somebody wants to get out before the scheduled period;
