it is quite unusual to see a swan in flight: they are very heavy birds;...
about 3 years ago, after the Canada geese were introduced into our area, there were hundreds at a lake near home: impossible to walk without walking in their shit;
then the local white swans started chasing them and now we have not more than two dozens;
