When I stayed with my daughter in New Zealand I bought several items of Paua shell jewellery as I love the colours. I've tried to recreate the colours in this abstract. In several pots I mixed various acrylic colours with PVA glue, water and a few drops of coconut milk hair serum, then layered the colours in another smaller pot and flipped this on to a 6" x 4" piece of glossy photo paper then moved this around to create shapes. Bit disappointed at how some of the colours have uploaded but still having fun ....
