view from our hotel in Corsica;
On the peninsula of the Parata located west of Ajaccio about 11 kms from the centre, on a rocky outcrop of granite stands the Genovese tower built in 1550-1551 by Giacomo Lombardo. A marked path to discover the flora and fauna and enjoy the isles of the Sanguinaires (accessible only by boat during the high season). The whole peninsula and the isles of the Sanguinaires are engaged in a process of labeling Grand Site of France.
