I've just had a lovely week with my eldest granddaughter, who came to stay with me, and some of the things we did were tie-dyeing, playing board games and cards, baking and painting pebbles collected from the beach. This was a flower pattern done by the balloon dip technique, which I was showing Eve. I mixed various acrylic colours with PVA glue and a few drops of coconut milk hair serum and water and dropped pools of colours in various places on a small piece of glossy photo paper. I then blew up a disposable rubber glove (like a balloon) and gently pressed this on to the colours, lifting it off carefully and repeating the process several times to create a flower pattern.
