I have sharpened this as the original photo seemed blurred.
Miniature art from series 1 from section on insects and buddies. This is the cabbage butterfly (in German the Kohl Schmetterling) as I remember as a child. My dad was always chasing them out of his vegetable garden and used to give me and my brothers 6p for every 10 catepilars caught. We used to keep them in jam jars and feed them with cabbage and lettuce leaves.
