The Sea Photo Contest Contest Entry

While walking along the shoreline I came up on this Great Blue Heron perched on what was left of an old pylon and the scene kind of reminded me of Stonehenge. Those two big pylons on the left side of the frame seem so big and imposing in contrast to the Heron, I wondered what he was thinking standing there facing them. The scene made me stop and think. What a big world it is, a big ocean and a big sky. Shot with my Canon EOS 60D, no tripod, no flash.
