This is a companion photo to my earlier posting,Little Boy Blue,showing the female eastern tailed blue butterfly ( Cupid?s comyntas ),I was going down the trail to the neighbor?s pond when I spotted this small butterfly flitting about ahead of me. I was fortunate that she rested on a blade of grass for a couple of minutes,allowing me to slowly inch closer to her to get this photo. Adjusted sharpness and brightness,rotated image slightly.
