Colorful Art Contest Contest Entry

I painted these rocking chairs on a verandah in the summer sunshine in watercolour. The size of the cold pressed paper was 22 in x 30 in. I used a lot of warm colours of yellows and oranges to emphasize the heat of the sun. This was in contrast to the cool shadows of the chairs and the cool trees in the background.
