Open Lotus flower and seed pod

Along with the buds, starting to bloom flowers there were green seed pods and the open bloom with the yellow seedpod. They are interesting flowers that have massive leaves which tend to hide the stalk of the bloom (a couple of people seemed upset they couldn't see stalk on last post). Nature has its own way of protecting the upcoming blooms from the wind and sun so the leaves go every which way over the pond.
