This is a photo that has, good focus, nice colours and tones, and the background blur is ok. If i may suggest, to help with shadows and not to use a flash, get a white bit of card. This will help with small shadows, reflect the light off the card to the shadow "see red arrow". Also i would have cropped the sides alittle "see yellow arrows" As for the photo, all up, it isn't to bad at all, well done.
