Lighting is good. It appears that you are using a flash light. The light is so bright that it is burnt out. I think if you had pulled the light further away it would have maybe accomplished what you were trying to do better. Initial impact, this is a spooky looking cat, kind of like an Alfred Hitchcock figure. Hitchcock used B&W for the greatest drama impact. Center of interest is the cat. Focus is good. The action is the cat watching you. A very creative presentation. Color harmony. Center of interest is the cat. Story telling could go in several directions.

He or she is a big cat and very alert looking. Maybe watching for a mouse. Very nice photograph and well done. The only thing I would suggest is to shorten the black background on the right side.

Great conceptual aproach.
The flashlight spot is a bit too bright and could use some adjustment.
But the rest is just great.
I especially like the off centered positioning of your focal point with the black background.

LOL on the flashlight use. Worked very well to me. Love those eyes giving you "that look". His colors are nice with good fur details; nice showing of the whiskers. Beautiful cat. 'Enjoyed.
