Great photo and one of the best I've ever seen of a female cardinal. Of course, being from Ohio, we are really in love with cardinals. Very nice pose and presentation. Do you have enough image left to crop her as a vertical to show the top of her head? Color is good and lighting is excellent. Thanks for sharing your talent.

Excellent closeup again Willie. Stunning fine detail & extremely sharp focus. This new hide of yours seems to be getting you a rich array of great shots. Beautiful vibrant red colours. Fantastic bokeh/shallow DoF. This is perectly exposed all round. Giving you such rich textures & expert clarity. Well done

Thank you so much! I have so many good shots of birds I could quit for a long time but I am haveing too much fun. I plan to spend most of the day out there today. I have a chair and a table and a front seat view of the birds. Thanks again.

Seriously good photograph. Very sharp, nice colours, great background with no obvious detraction from the subject. Nicely framed and oooh so cute. Well done

Oh the 'birdman' strikes again! What a glorious picture. The clarity is superb - did you use a tripod? Fantastic detail in the feathers and wonderful rich colours. The is pin sharp. Interesting choice of landscape format, I'd have probably gone for portrait but it works. Nicely blurred and unobtrusive background. You're the man!

Well done. Great focus and exposure on this. Background is clear of noise and good contrast to subject.
Subject is simplified and no distrations.

Good job

Another truly stellar capture. I don't know how its possible but I believe this one is even better than Mr. Gray! It is sheer perfection in everyway and I now have to seriously consider buying an Olympus E3 camera!

Thank you so much! I had an olympus point and shoot. I liked it and the results from it. That is the reason I chose the E3. It is a low end pro camera. I would have liked to have gotten a better one, and win the lottery.

You're welcome. And I wish I'd win the lottery too!
