A great shot. You have caught this perfectly at the split second your heron friend began to launch himself airborne. The colour & light on the water suits the picture. Focus & depth of field perfect.

Thank you so very much for a good review and high score! I have been having trouble with people fishing with boats. They get to close and make him fly which is OK sometimes if I am ready to go.

A beautiful capture. I'm assuming you used a fast shutter speed to capture this? If so, how fast was your shutter speed set. It is so crisp and not an ounce of blur in it. Good job!
