I am so sorry to hear that you lost Bertie, because I know how much you loved her. Even if the notes are sad, I have to smile when I see the photo, because it is truly funny with the expression on Bertie's face. You have indeed captured it well.

Your photo is really sharp and it is such clear and well defined details to be seen in the cute little face. I also think the exposure is very good.

The tight cropping is perfect, and Bertie is well placed within the frame. This is both a sweet, different, creative and well taken photo with a very good DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.

Oh my gosh, is Bertie a crazy girl??? This is such a grand snap and simply a bit of wonderful fun. The colors are quite fabulous, focus spot on!!! Lighting perfection - no blow out on the white of her hair, simply perfection. I love the look of this girl. Thanks for sharing.
