Wicked Coooool Suzanne!
You created the "wall" of the wave as it is forming before it curls and moves forward. Love the 3D like look, textures, water splash up and the great colors.

Your colors are the most amazing sea colors...from a bit of a distance this looks like a photograph. Your work is amazingly real.
But a photograph would not show the beautiful work you have down with your artist tools. Truly amazing, Suzanne. I can't imagine living by the sea... so beautiful! Thank you for sharing.

Hi Becky, not going on a trip yet but hopefully in June sometime. We haven't booked it yet. My eldest granddaughter and my eldest son are coming up this weekend for a few days so I'll be busy busy! Suzanne

A wonderful interpretation of a wave painted with great accuracy and vibrancy, you can really feel the wash about to break and crash down. Colours are superb and blended beautifully, superb painting well done!

I'm impressed with this, as I find it not so easy to work with paint and canvas. I am currently taking a class. In your painting I can definitely see the textue of the wave and the foam that they form. I think this is a really nice painting and can't wait to see more. Thanks for sharing.

This is one of the most amazing abstract pieces I have scene. You can just see every brushstroke and detail in the photo. There is so much power from the movement in this painting. You really did a beautiful job :) Thank you for sharing this :)
