Your attention to the detail in the petals is beautiful. The colors and shading are applied expertly. I like how you gave one of the leaves a drier edge to add to the realism of the plant. You've done a nice job giving the outer petals a natural and delicate appearance too.

This is so soft and beautiful, I voted for this. Great color harmony with the yellow Daffodil and green background. I love how the head bows down showing off the light yellow petals forming a star shape. Excellent framing and visual impact. ~Alveria

Oh this is just a beautiful presentation. You are amazing w/ these digital pieces.

I just love the single flower presentation...my favorite way to do flowers. The colors and shapes...angles are so realistic here...even to the slight bit of brown curl on the one leaf. You have one outstanding eye and then the talent to do this up digitally. Gorgeous.

Another piece of yours that would be beautiful hanging on someone's wall. I like this one a LOT and hope it does really well for you in the contest! Good luck.

Deborah

I LOVE this one. A bit partial to flowers myself and your digital creations of them are just stunning. This one was MY pleasure to review....for sure.

Lovely! The detail is so fine I thought it was a photo at first. The flower is painted so vibrantly it makes me smile. I like how you did the stems and leaves and how they cause the flower to be the focus. What a beautiful work!

This looks like an oil painting! I like the soft tones and the mixing of colors. I don't do digital art but I am impressed with this as it doesn't look like a photo. Wonderful to me....good job!

This is not painted using a photo. I mate several scratches on paper from different angles to get the feel for the plant and then painted it on an digital canvas.

a real eye pleaser this one, particularly helpful to centralise the subject with such glorious bright yellow against the contrasting background of bright green foliage with different tones to accentuate the depth of the presentation..well done

At the rate the reviewers are going, I guess it's not imperative to promote our works anymore.
Like your 12 points & 42 member cent promotion.
I've seen this 4 hours ago and still nobody reviews this yet..!

This is a well thought out creation with vibrant bloom...and a contrasting verdant overtone.
A visually soothing painterly feel...
Soft illumination matches the mood of the moment.
Fine features & smooth textures.
Thanks for sharing...

As is the number of reviews. You have to take other factors than promotion in account. Artwork gets less reviews than photography in general, except someone keeps his/her art promoted longer than the usual 3 days. Than there is the time factor. An artwork, even a photography posted on a Wednesday has always less reviews, then one which is posted over the weekend. That is simply because there are many more people online on the weekend than on a Wednesday.

Wonderful image. I really enjoy the digital strength in this one. The lighting and color over the image is artistic and visually pleasing. Your movement of the stems and leaves perfectly played. Thanks for sharing and good luck!

Avery well done work here. Your skills are evident in producing such a nice scene. It looks like a real painting and it is hard to believe that this is digitally produced. Very well done and all the best in the contest ~ Steve
