Beautiful image! My sister lives and works in Dublin actually.
This is quite stunning.
The shadows streaming across the clouds are quite exquisite.
They give a image an Edward Leighton kind of feel.
I really like it.

It was taken on the road above Killakee over the Featherbed overlooking Tallaght to the south west of the city.

I have been told that Ireland is beautiful and you have confirmed that idea. The textured cloud bank reflecting the defused sunlight is the shot. The leading lines of the road take us to a dreamy world of the wee people and dark carriage rides. Beautiful scene.

Thanks a million for your great review & your praise of my country.
While you can take a carriage ride in Dublin & down in Co. Kerry. The wee Folk are more in the imagination of those who have celebrated a little to much & are "Falling out of their Standing" onto their faces or from side to side!!!
I hope one day you can visit & see it's natural beauty.

As a photo this is amazing, I believe capturing the beauty of mother nature is important for us to be able to appreciate the world more. I believe it could have more depth for it being a photo, but I think it is amazing.

Thanks a million for your great review on the mountain Sunset.
At the height of summer around 21st June the sun does not set until almost 10.45pm on the reverse around Christmas it's dark at 4pm... This little Island is as far north as Juneau in Alaska but thanks to the Gulf stream our climate is mild with usually no extremes of heat or cold.

Wow,Susan! Now that August is just about over for us over here it'll probably get dark and cold overnight and stay like that until next May! LOL!

This work realy looks like a wonderfull evening as the colors of the photo detailes are caught in a very good way balenced way the dark of the land is perfect against the hues of the amazing sunset. Well done indeed.

I believe your interest lies within the sky and the colors being reflected. That bring said, I viewed your take without table light, took dark envelope cut off road portion up to the turn, placing additional emphasis on the subject; your beautiful
offering of the sky. Try that approach and see if you agree.
