A very nice drawing. The face is so nicely rendered that it takes two or three glances before I even noticed the tattoos. The eyes are great and the colors are outstanding.

In not a fan of colouring pencils my friend and I have my reasons although I do like part of your presentation which is the neck upwards where you've added depth with good use of tones but it appears to be lacking in the rest of the image, the tattoos are all similar colour and shading which doesn't really happen in reality and they are portraying very flat

I don't have any tattoos but find them amazing on other people. I just hate needles.

Nice, expressive rendering.
I like the color of the tattoos. They almost look like the are coming alive or growing like a plant of some such. Very cool!
Nice delineation and hues.
The one thing that is a little distracting is the shading above her head. It looks like a horn?

The details on her look pretty nice and the way you colored looks cool, but maybe the outline should be cleaned up a bit and perhaps have more of a background.
