A great macro photo, showing this beautiful coloured moth and the feather like antennae you that I have also displayed as you mentioned in my latest post, in total coincidence I promise!! A clear and well focused shot showing amazing detail on the top of the wings and the orange and yellow colours, especially the top of the back by the head with the spectacular pattern & detail shown with great clarity and lighting. A wonderful shot and example, great work :)

Awesome shot!
I like the cropping and focus on just the head and top part of the wings.
You can really dive into the details.
The green background really makes the head pop out, especially the antennae.
So cool!

This is excellent, Fred! A complete pleasure to study. You have done a fine job capturing the clarity of those feather antennae. What lens did you use for this one? Your lighting was perfect. As your contrast was just enough to not only separate those tiny feathers, but to show the furry textures of the moth as a whole. Excellent!

Your framing is well done...sustaining those built in 'eyes' on the wings. Glad they didn't scare you away! :D Seriously...the overall frame is attractive at a glance..with the diagonal lines of the moth wings cutting through that soft green bg quite cleanly. Your horizontal box is well chosen.

A fine job zooming in on the details here. You have created an interesting and beautiful composition. Thanks for sharing!

great focus on the antennae! Such a great subject to photograph. Great detail in the fine texture on the body. The right side of the image is noticeably darker
