This is a beautiful elegant photo. I like its warmth and clearly striking flame. The gold coloring looks so nice against the black background, and I find it fascinating reading your notes on how you took it.

a beautiful presentation and particularly as we approach the christmas season and it this sort of image that is well worth looking at expanding to greeting card material,so get it scanned and downloaded and convert to giclee print card ready for your friends and relatives. :)

Interesting and well lit image of a candle amongst the flowers.
The chiaroscuro is quite lovely in this.
It would make a fine Caravaggio painting.
I think I might have added a Sepia filter, but it is very good as is.

This is very lovely...especially for this golden time of the year..during out Autumn. I like the colors your flame has created. Nice job with your camera settings. Your light and shadows are dramatic but also gentle and pleasing to view.
Your framing is very nice...with your spray of flowers moving diagonally through your frame and the candle just that bit off center. More space above the candle?...maybe just a bit to allow for a nice framing of this photo to hang on your wall. Beautiful work.
