Nice expressive piece.
It appears to almost be a block etching (carved wood or linoleum) for screen printing.
Very well done.
The use of negative space in this is really nice.

Yellow against black, why not?
Contrasting colors that pops out the subject prominently.

I guess its better without the yellow border/outline...
It's suffocating a bit...
