Love this serene winter land. Love the lighting coming across the road and how it dances off the trees. Love the focus on path and trees giving balance. Really good framing. Love how you captured the shadows with the perfect lighting with the royal blue sky backdrop. Definitely a 6 star photo! Beautiful piece!

Now this is a name I am no yet used to seeing. But I thank you so much AH for giving my new piece such an outstanding review AND a shiny gold star. Glad you've enjoyed my new piece and I do appreciate both the review and rating. Thank you again.

WOW!!! Look at that wall of snow along your lane! I hope you were and continue to be well stocked during this severe winter for so many... You have taken the severity out of it with this photo and made it unblemished nature at one of it's most beautiful times. The blue sky is reflecting on the snow and creating it's own white balance...even on the tips of the icy branches. The clarity is amazing!

Your vertical framing is perfect as it not only includes the stunning strength of that Maple..but also takes me down this lane and beneath the trees into the winter wonderland. That tunnel created by the shadows is such a dramatic vantage point. You chose a perfect time of day to capture these shadows..

Tranquility such as this is probably not experience by many very often. You are a blessed by nature. And think nature feels blessed by you as you work your magic on your property during garden season. You are truly one with nature.. Thank you for sharing that with us!

You know Becky- one of my favorite things about YOUR reviews is that you see my pieces through eyes that enjoy and appreciate nature as much as mine do....and understand the tranquility that comes from that appreciation. It's a wonderful review you've given my new piece.....especially the last paragraph. Thank you so much for THAT....and of course, for the marvelous gold star. Like THAT about this review too...lol

'Awesome',Deb! ( as the youngsters like to say!
: D )
Although wintery scenes like this usually aren't among my favorite things to view I'm really enjoying this one!
The White against bright Blue coloration is CLASSIC!
( And WOW! You guys have a lot more snow than we do over here!

I swear I live right in the middle of a snow belt or something Sean! Always more snow at my place than up in the village...just a few miles away....guess I'm just 'lucky' huh? lol So pleased you enjoy this one.....happy to 'show' you so you don't have to actually live in it...lol Anyway, you are just a peach for giving it such a wonderful review and rating....and I really appreciate the shiny gold star. Thank you so much!

Wow! That's the blueness of the sky we're aiming for everytime we print landscapes at Kodak laboratories when I was a technician 30 years ago!

Literally a cool shot!
Diminishing perspective seems to be leading us farther to where the snow meets the sky!.
Vanishing viewpoint creates great depth!

Leafless trunks look like snowy souls secretly searching for serenity!

Good perspective & long depth of field...
Thanks for sharing...
