It must be Halloween! Lol. Spooky you got with your special effects. Cemeteries bother some people but not me. We all die. This is a good entry for the contest. Sharp image. Nice composition. Well framed. Thank you fir sharing

the picture is resonating with its theme and the title, the brown monochromatic color and smoke used are impressive ,it really makes the theme lively,,,,a living object could have been perfected the theme.

This is a fantastic entry for the contest. It really is dramatic in its subject and color and looks like the spirits are rising from their graves. A haunting and artistic work that is wonderfully presented with an eiry feel. Great work and best wishes in the competition.

I am not to fond of this type of art or photography, but I have to admit it is pretty well done. The image of the tree looking like it is embracing the wispy smoke as it appears to be rising from the ground is unsettling and rather beautiful at the same time. Additionally, giving the photo a bronze tin type color creates the feel of being old, almost timeless. Reasons for my five star vote.

Thank you. This is pretty way outside of the box for me but it did test my creativity.

Well this does indeed create a disturbing scene lol. It actually does look like spirits coming up from the graves. Your focus, framing, and lighting are all very good. You were very creative and I thank you for sharing this with us. :)

Interesting subject , well captured with good placement of subject in frame, well focused, the image is clear, well exposed.

The mixed media process are just enough and sets a great mood for this story.

The wisp of smoke overlay makes a good representation of ethereal essences emanating from the earth.

The layout of this piece is balanced and presents very well.

Fine initial visual impact. The piece has a lot to look over so this is one that will take more than one look to get it all.

I fined this capture to be impressive, creative and technically excellent ... B-)) Bob

With fine skill and handling of the medium, you have created an abstract image which is classical in its composition. The harmony of colors and atmospheric light play a supporting role.Impressive first impression. Good luck!

Nicely done this. I like the sepia tone as it gives it an older/vintage look. Not unlike some of the older and haunting photographs that turn up occasionally.
The back lighting coming through the trees along with the mixed media works well here. It has a nice balance and ambiance.
Well done.
