This is a beautiful capture. Your framing of the bird and the flower is attractive and shows off both subjects well. The colors look good and the depth is also very nice.

Thank you very much. This was taken last year at Magee Marsh which is a hotspot for migrating warblers. I expect to see them in my yard within the next month. Glad you like this one. Thanks again.

The oriole is in sharp detail and so colorful. I like how the background is blurred and how you have framed the picture. Nice contrast with the white flowers and bright bird!

A beautiful capture of the oriole amongst the crab apple blossoms. A good perspective and nice angle of your shot. The eyes really draw you in since their so sharp. Very well photographed and nice are the details. Your diffused background and lovely crab apples accentuate your photography beautifully. Outstanding work and thanks for sharing!

What a beautiful photograph. I like ve the soft muted tones of the background. The oriole is resplendent in its orang and black plumage. I did not know that crabapple black sdoms were also white as I have only seen the pink ones in Washington DC. Lovely.

Very nice shot. Good focus on the bird. Placement in a very appropriate frame and environment makes for an interesting and attractive image. The background sets the Oriole off well. I am thinking cropping a little off the left so it is not quite so centered would make the shot a little more active, without losing any important details. Well seen and well shot.

Beautiful in every way! The clarity of the entire scene is good . You have even managed to capture that deep black eye in within the deep black head. Your colors are stunning. The orange is vivid but controlled in saturation.

I think the success of this capture is completed by your depth of field and the lovely softness of the like colors as the forefront.

Your framing is artfully chosen with the branch beginning in the lower left and moving through the frame to the upper right..and leaving a perfect amount of space for your beautiful Oriole.

Best of luck in the contest. This was a complete pleasure to view.
