The stop action in this photo is impressive, because I know how fast these little birds can shift. I have studies them in my own garden. You also have a very nice background, and the bird is standing out from it in just an excellent way.
Your focus is just spot on and sharp and it is clear and well defined details to be seen in the bird. I also think the exposure is perfect.
The way you have cropped the photo works well, and the bird is well placed within the frame. This indeed a great looking and well taken photo Grace, and with an excellent DOF.
