Your clean lines are very impressive. I like how the owl and the feathers are on the same side. I think your choice of background works nicely to emphasize the magical and heavenly feeling of the piece.

The drawing is intriguing. It reminds of shape shifters, deities in ancient myths who have their home among the stars. The face of a woman combined with the eye, feathers eye and beak of a bird, perhaps an eagle or owl is fascinating. The background of the universe gives her the aura of a goddess. The many fine details show technical skills and artistic creativity.

A beautiful if out of this World image of a beautiful lady with one eye & the beak of an Owl it's large eye glowing in her head with fine feathers covering that side of he face. Created with very skilful Draftsman & pensmanship in drawing with a pen & black ink & no mistakes & then the added digital techniques to give it the starry night sky that it appears in.
The face the flowers, feathers & hair are all perfection.
