Just lovely! Dramatic color and striations in the clouds makes you wonder what the wind currents were doing! You almost expect a flying saucer to fly through the center! The clarity and exposure seem perfect. I love the far away mysterious blaze of pink highlighted by the filtered sunlight.

Thanks Sean. You know when it comes to sunsets patience is a good thing. I have seen a magnificent sunset fade to nothing in a matter of minutes. Never gets tiring.

Amazingly rich colors and differnt shapes in the clouds. Composition is excellent with the placement of the pier. Good balance between sky and water. Lighting is very appropiate.

I love the colours you captured in this beautiful sunset seascape with the setting sun casting its pink and yellow glow in the sky, the dark blue/purple clouds contrasting well. I like the angle you used, showing the pier and people taking the viewer's eye to the horizon. Very good lighting and focus. Good luck in the contest. Suzanne

Oh wow. My favorite subject: Sunsets at the beach. I like how you included the pier in silhouette running through most of the frame. It adds drama to the beautiful pastels of the clouds reflecting the setting sun. Good balance of sky and water nicely divided by the pier. Really a good photo here Allan. A Cyber 6 and more. You have a good eye for seeing the potentials in a scene Allan. Kudos ~ Steve
