Wow! This is a great contest entry. I love the framing of the sad lonely tree hanging on the edge and clinging to life. The mist behind it let's you know where you are. The mist behind it adds to the atmosphere. Nice work once again.

So I really do not think this tree is actually alive, but it sure is there until it dries and falls,,it has been there for awhile I think,,,love that scene though,,funny where trees grow,,I see some that grow on bare rocks, this is a very good capture

Loved the concept where a lifeless tree fights to hold the ground to survive.
The mist provides good background.
The greenish tinge in the water adds to the frame.
I would have loved more texture on the tree trunk.
