This is awesome! It looks like a decorative fireplace tool that has rusted , this is well photographed with good focus, the image is clear, well exposed, colors and tones appear natural. I like the detail and texture of this rusted object, I like the tree stump as background. Well presented! Best to you in the contest!

You might be right. It could be a fireplace tool from long ago. I think it was covered by dirt for a long time before it was washed out by the flooding.

This fleur is definitely a unique object and looks perfect against the color in this background. It's definitely rusty and the photograph shows it very well. Love the shadows in it that make this more interesting. Best wishes in the contest.

Yes, this is old and rusty, does make you wonder where it has been. Or what it has decorated in its younger years:) I like the nice framing against the matching (age wise) of the old dead tree. Nicely focused and well done. Good luck in the contest.

I think this is an unusual and lovely entry into this contest, and I like so much the background, because it makes for such a nice color pallet. The rusty object is also standing out really well against the bark, and fine textures has been brought out.
Your photo is nice and sharp showing such clear and well defined details both in the background and the rusty object, and the exposure is very good.
The format and framing works well and the object has got a fine centered placement. A great looking and well taken photo with a very good DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.
