I see it has finally stopped raining and your fuchsia are still in full bloom. The soft light is perfect for shooting flowers. It gives you great colors and fine detail.

Mike Thanks a million for your great review on these Fuchsia blooms...
I looked up the species this morning it's Fuchsia magellancia...it's very hardy & I'm sure would survive your winter. If you prune it after it flowers & protects it from the worst of the winter. After the snow melts I might appear DEAD but if you forget it until it warms up a little you will see the leaf buds appearing along the branches. My will grow up to three /four feet in a year. In 2010 we had a VERY severe winter & I thought the bushes at the front in the north facing bed were dead...we cut it down to one foot to make it easier to pull up after we got a replacement...after a coup;e of weeks as my neighbour were about to head off to buy new plants we noticed the leaf buds appearing by the end of the year the bust was four feet high.

A very enjoyable nature photo presented here! Your full and central composition allows us a good look at those beautiful dangling blooms. Exposure and sharpness are good. Nicely taken!

Nice composition.
Pleasant and harmonious colors and presentation.
Very good angle of view.
Nice perspective.
Nice details and textures.
Good sharp focus.
You might consider darkening the white flower stamens to the left of your POV that are a little distracting
