This can be painted for real. Like a Mona Lisa. Well presented here for this viewing box. Love the colors, the BG and your lighting onto her. Perfect balance of the glance, just enough to see some eye ball. Well done. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you very much. She was aware of my presence but was not posing. She was part of the group where I shot the helmeted warrior types. You want to give it a shot at painting it you are more than welcome. Glad you like her. Thanks again.

Looks like a realistic masterpiece with fine skintone, facial features and varied textures.
Soft highlights & faint shadow.
A classic pose!
Impeccable presentation.
Subtle illumination.
Gorgeous tall format framing.

Best of luck in the contest!

Great entry for the contest, Mike. Lovely portrait of this young lady dressed in peasant garb, glancing down, head slightly to the side - makes a change from the usual full on face view. I like the uncluttered background. Excellent lighting and focus showing a nice clear image. Good luck in the contest. Suzanne

A pretty good entry into your competition posted here! I did not know that peasants lived in the US? When did this take place? Your fine composition captures a very natural looking momentary pose. Exposure and sharpness are good. Well done and good luck!

Thank you very much. This was taken at the same event that I took all those shots of the men in helmets and armor. She was aware of me but was not posing for the camera. I have been asked to shoot several weddings and only agree if all the "posed" pictures are taken during the rehearsal and all the wedding day shots are candids. Glad you like this one; it is one of my favorites. Thanks again.

blurry. Love the clarity of this photo. I love her earrings and the look on her face. Makes me wonder what she is thinking about right then and there.
