This is a very impressive capture. All the water seems frozen to me. Maybe there is a small stream of running water in the middle, but this could be an translucent icicle as well. Some of the snow seems to have an ice coating also. The tall formatting emphasizes the icicles and shows how the water has worn down the rock formation over time. It is eye pleasing how light and colors change from dark to light. The colors look realistic. The interesting information in your comments are as much appreciated as your informative photo.

This is so pretty! I love frozen waterfalls ! It's natures sculptures , I like the tint of blue/ green from the minerals , the contrast between the winter ice and snow and the dark tones in the rock. This is of course, well focused, the image is clear, exposure is well managed, the colors and tones and the whites show true! Well composed and presented! Best wishes to you in the contest!
