I honestly don't know anything about 'Computer Generated' or Digital Art to begin with dut I'm taken by the image's Exciting tone and it's bright coloration!

Wow! The lone surfer has taken on such a huge wave! I like his position , he's right in the eye of the wave. This is well created and I like the various blue tones with the white showing the motion . I can see the mist right sing from the water. Well arranged and presented! Best wishes to you and n the contest!
