Oh, I was really hoping for some intro information...like what kind of BUTTERFLY. It resembles a monarch. Very close to the ones that I saw by the dozens every day where I grew up. I love the lovely detailing you captured here. And the coloring of the entire photo is phenomenal. What are the odds that you'd get that shot on those perfectly colored flowers. Nice colorful rich capture. The clarity is great. The angle of the shot of this colorful butterfly and flowers is great. The capture of the light is great.. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. Good eye and great job overall

This is such a bright yellow/ orange with the black and white detail and that red spot on the wing, spotted body , nice clear legs and antennas,well placed in the frame on the red and yellow flowers all placed against the clear green background offering a clear undistracted view! This is of course, well focused, the image is clear, exposure is well managed, colors and tones appear natural. Well presented! Best wishes to you in the contest!
