This is a beautiful capture of this mallard with her wings extended on the snow. I do wish you would have cloned out the 2 partial ducks out so that the eye would focus just on the beautiful wing extended duck in the middle. They really pull the eye away from the beautiful focus of the shot. I might also tone down the highlights on the snow just a bit as it's a little too bright. This is definitely worth the 5 for how well you captured the mallard with her lovely wings extended. Just this person's opinion on the suggestions. :)

I appreciate your opinion Donna, thank you! I might play around with it. I liked the two other ducks in the scene, but I know you are right about giving all the attention to the subject :)

Just my opinion. Play around with it. I suspect if you clone out the other 2 you may like what you see. :) The focus of the shot is SOOOO beautiful. I just want my eye to eat that up without distractions.

This couldn't have been prettier if it had been an actual angel itself. This is a marvelous capture in clear detailed focus and lighting. Beautiful placement with wonderful cropping . I love the two other ducks as if they are bowing. Awesome.

Thank you for the six stars on this one! I really thought those wings were so pretty, I'm glad you like them! I would have liked to get more of her body in the shot, but she decided to sit behind the snow! Thank you for your great comments :)
