The head is a victim of motion blur, most noticable on the beak but also in the feathers. Composition wise the rocks coming together right below the beak are a bit distracting and image would be better if the vantage point was moved a bit to the right. With a nice image like this, a series of shots should be made and hopefully one would be lacking the motion blur.
Nice colorful subject and the eye color is in nice contrast to the blue feathers.
