Awe....great job on this photo! You captured the expression in your dog's face. Having fun and enjoying the day at the beach. He has sand on his face and in his mouth but is having too much fun to mind. I love the solid sand background too. Nicely cropped and great clarity!

He is so darn cute! The sand on his nose around his face and in his mouth is priceless.
Nice eye clarity, sharp focus and fine White balance control in the bright sun.
I would only suggest adding a bit more space up top. If you did not have it, I would clone it in.
Sweet dog and fine capture ;)

What a beautiful and happy puppy dog!! He (or She) looks like he/she has done this before - the casual nonchalance of the sand covered tongue and nose, tired from chasing around the beach. That's a happy dog - such love! This is a wonderful entry for the contest!

This dog is a cutie! Not sure if it's male or female but I'm going with female. Not only does she have sand on her face, but it looks like she has been eating it too! The framing is cropped a bit tight above the head, but your exposure shows off the color of her fur and the sand very well. I also like how well the color of her eyes stands out.

It is a male. I know its too tight. I got a too close to him.

This is a fine pet photography! You have framed it well. The light and shadows, colours and the composition have worked out well. Good luck!

A fine entry into the competition posted here! Your overhead, full and central composition provides us with a very enjoyable view of the dog. Looks like it has been having a good time. Exposure and sharpness are good. Well done and good luck!

Great entry for the contest. Lovely close up of this beautiful dog who'd obviously been having fun on the beach, still having traces of sand on his face. He looks as if he's laughing. Very good lighting and focus showing a nice crisp image. Good luck in the contest. Suzanne

A beautiful dog that seems to have been having a great time in the sand. The sand on his face goes well with the background and the colors are great. Best of luck in the contest.

nice capture of the sand on the dog face, just pity the frame is so closed, it almost look like the dog head is cut off

also, the bright background is a distraction

thanks for sharing
