I really admire people who are willing to do work like this, and you have for sure pictured their efforts well. This hotel has a great looking facade as well, and it is standing out so well from the blue sky.
Your photo is sharp showing clear and well defined details both in the facade and the workers, and the exposure is perfect.
The format you have cropped the photo into works well, and the hotel has got a fine placement within the frame. I think this is a great looking and well taken photo, and I wish you luck with the contest.

You have really shown this fantastic architecture to the full. I love the teal window treatments against the color of the building. The workers tend to make my stomach do flips! Would seem you had to be taking this from a window of another tall building because there is no distortion.

taken from the ground; if you keep the camera horizontal, wide angle take the interesting side correctly,and then crop, there is little distortion, on the right only
